Application Fees
In order for an application to be considered complete and registered in CERA’s Register of Applications, the application fee of €170.86 must be deposited/transferred to one of the two CERA’s bank accounts, the details of which are listed below.
The date of registration of the application in the CERA’s Register and the allocation of an application serial number is determined by the date of payment of the application fee as provided for in the Regulations on the Regulation of the Electricity Market (Licensing Fees).
The applicant is responsible for informing CERA by sending the deposit/transfer receipt to
regulator.cy@cera.org.cy. You will be informed by CERA of the following actions and you will receive a relevant invoice and receipt from CERA’s Accounting Department to the email address stated in your application.
Annual Fees
The annual fees are the fees paid each year to keep an exemption valid and for Power Plants they amount to 68.344 €cents per kW of installed generation capacity.
